Imagine a world where every child learned easily and happily.

I returned Monday from one of our powerful Creative Wealth Train-the-Trainer workshops where I had 14 simply fabulous humans 'being' their fabulous selves while they learned how to teach Camp Millionaire with Accelerated Learning techniques that make teaching a lot (I mean A LOT) more effective and fun for both the students and the teacher.

Susan, a substitute teacher, and Ken, a regular teacher, were two of the teachers who took the training to heart and immediately applied what they learned to their students. Their emails about their experiences warm my heart and I think will warm yours as well. They simply speak to how easy it really is to create an environment where students go from being bored to tears to enjoying every second.

"WOW! What a day!

The 2nd graders LOVED the little success celebrations. They are a class that still wants to constantly be telling tales on each other, so we talked about how that makes them feel. Then we used the "Good Job", "3 snaps" etc, and I asked them to think how that made them feel. they said things like "happy", "all nice inside", "like smiling". The energy in the room (and this is a high energy, chatty, class anyway) was tremendous. I had to work on state changes to calm them.

I used the call backs and suggestology along with physical gestures to teach them what each of the coins looks like in black and white - I don't know this either, or should say didn't! We compared the B&W pictures with the values underneath and they came up with suggestions as to how they were different. SO.... now I know that....

• The penny is the only one with a beard (as I stroke my chin and bring my fingers down to show 1)
• The nickel guy has funny hair .... F-ive has F-unny hair showing 5 fingers and stroking hair
• The dime guy looks thoughtful, like he is saying "hmmmm", so dimmmme president says "Mmmmm" and he also has a hair cut like ______ Austin!
• The quarter or 10 fingers 10 fingers 5 fingers (while counting 10, 20, 5) has a long neck!!! But that helps him stretch to reach liberty or freedom (we all stretch our necks and arms to the sky waving our arms to show where the word liberty is on the coin). We talked about what Liberty means.

We reviewed at the end of the day, but tomorrow I will really find out who "got" it. All the kids were grinning like Cheshire cats. They loved it. I have never been so brave and "big"!

I was good at reading to them aloud, I thought, now I am 100X better. We all act out the story now with our hands, emotions, words. It is so AWESOME I cannot even begin to tell you. AND it is SO much FUN.
